Your Contribution: Customer and Patient Support (Bilingual – English/Spanish) Directly engage with patients and customers in English and Spanish, providing outstanding service and support both in person and by phone.Clearly and courteously communicate to address and resolve patient and customer requests, including handling complex or stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.Promote a positive and collaborative work environment by maintaining a proactive, solutions-oriented attitude and collaborating effectively with team members and leadership.Efficiently manage multiple tasks and projects while adapting to the demands of a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.Actively pursue opportunities to acquire new skills and improve processes to enhance the quality of patient service and support.
