Our culture prioritizes collaboration, professional growth, and sustainable work-life balance. *The Opportunity* This is a unique opportunity for a board-certified surgeon with a focused interest in orthopedics to walk directly into a strong, active orthopedic caseload with robust internal referrals and an established client base. You will not be building from the ground up youll be stepping into a service that is already trusted, supported, and growing. You will work alongside experienced colleagues, including one of our partners who has performed over 1,000 TPLO procedures, offering collaboration, case discussion, and shared expertise. This role provides the autonomy of a specialist while benefiting from the stability and support of an experienced surgical team. *We Are Seeking a Board-Certified Veterinary Surgeon (ACVS or Equivalent) Who:* * Has a special interest and advanced expertise in orthopedic surgery for canine and feline patients, as ell as other routine surgical procedures * Is committed to excellence in surgical outcomes and evidence-based medicine * Values collaboration, mentorship, and team development * Enjoys partnering closely with clients throughout surgical planning and recovery * Is excited to help grow and elevate an already well-established orthopedic service *Key Responsibilities* * Perform advanced orthopedic procedures including TPLO, fracture repair, arthroscopy, and joint and ligament surgeries * Perform other routine surgeries to assist with the surgical load * Provide surgical consultations and collaborate with referring veterinarians * Partner closely with our general practitioners for seamless case management * Participate in case review, mentorship, and continuing education initiatives * Assist with routine and sick appointments as needed *Why Broadview?* *We offer:* * Competitive compensation * Comprehensive benefits package including medical insurance with generous employer contributions, health wallet, PTO, sick time, CE allowance, holiday pay, professional dues, and licensing support * Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance * General practice hours (no late evenings and no on-call shifts) * Only one Saturday shift every 23 months leaving plenty of weekend time * A stable, growing, privately owned practice with long-term vision * The opportunity to grow within an established, respected network not starting from scratch *Location* Enjoy life in beautiful Seacoast New Hampshire.
