Position:Roof Mechanic-We are hiring an experienced Roof Repair Technician to inspect, diagnose, and repair residential roofing systems.
Responsibilities:• Inspect residential roofs and identify issues• Diagnose roof leaks and determine repair needs• Perform roof repairs and maintenance• Evaluate flashing, ventilation, and other roofing components• Recommend repair solutions to homeowners• Complete work documentation and communicate with customers
Requirements:• Minimum 5 years of residential roofing repair experience• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and repairs• Experience troubleshooting roof leaks• Quality workmanship and strong customer service skills
