What We’re Looking For

Our Facilities team is seeking an experienced Food Services Director to direct kitchen operations. The TicketNetwork kitchen serves an employee population of over 200 on a daily basis and is responsible for preparing hot and cold meal options daily. This role will be responsible for managing, and insuring the completion of, day-to-day and weekly kitchen goals, workforce planning and scheduling, vendor management, and strategic planning for our dining services. Ideal candidates will possess experience in managing the operations of a high volume kitchen, in working directly with vendors and pricing out the best options for procurement, and in team management. The ability to be adaptable in a fast-paced, changing environment is key. This is a full‑time, permanent position with excellent benefits and a welcoming, team‑focused work environment.

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Kitchen operations oversight, including team management and inspection/maintenance of kitchen facility
  • Menu planning
  • Maintain budget for kitchen operations in relation to vendor management
  • Facilitate orders for food and kitchen items
  • Team oversight including staff scheduling and strategic workforce planning
  • Participate and training and supervision of new and existing staff
  • Prepare and review budget documentation for accuracy

 Required Skills

  • Strong leadership skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to evaluate contracts and make decisions on what is cost effective

Required Experience

  • ServSafe certification
  • At least 3 years of experience working in kitchen operations
  • Exposure to a high volume kitchen environment

Required Education.

  • Associate Degree in Business, Hospitality or Related Fields.

Required Certification.

  • Serve Safe
