As a pediatric therapy company, Hearts and Hands Therapy Services offers a full spectrum of services including physical, occupational, speech, and applied behavior analysis for children from birth through their 21st birthday. We are excited to be hiring at our Worcester clinic, featuring state-of-the-art equipment, and a growing therapy team and clientele. We are seeking a certified occupational therapy assistant (COTA) with a passion for pediatrics.

Full time employee benefits include:
* No negative accrual: Base salary is protected week to week regardless of client cancellations.
* Eligibility to receive treatment-based incentives, paid biweekly in addition to regular base salary. Over $20,000 in treatment based incentive pay is available annually.

Pediatric COTA job responsibilities:
* Provide quality therapy services
* Implements effective and appropriate treatment so that functional outcomes are achieved.
* Completes documentation, meeting company standards for content, accuracy, and timeliness. Maintains documentation quality under guidance of a licensed OTR.
* Includes family/caregiver in patient care and provides effective education and documentation appropriate for learning needs of patient and family.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $57,000.00 per year
