*The Vineyards Healthcare Center* is a skilled nursing facility located at 76 Fenton Street, Livermore, California. Location: 76 Fenton Street, Livermore 94550 The *Occupational Therapy Assistant *will help Occupational Therapists provide therapeutic assessments and intervention, plan, implement, and administer educational, vocational, and recreational programs to restore and enhance performance in individuals with functional impairments. * Selects therapy activities to fit patients needs and capabilities.
