Chef Thomas Keller's Burgers & Half Bottles is seeking enthusiastic and capable individuals who are passionate about food, beverage and hospitality to join our team as Chef de Cuisine. 

Chef Thomas Keller’s beloved pop-up Burgers & Half Bottles is back! The casual menu celebrates classic comfort food. Designed to be a fast-casual option and offer an affordable quick stop in Yountville, it’s a simple neighborhood hangout with classic American favorites, local beers and great wine.  

Be a leading force in the kitchen in the role of a Chef de Cuisine.  Ideal candidates will have at least 4-7 years of experience in culinary leadership.  As a member of the culinary leadership team, this individual must be an independent worker and possess proven management skills. 

In addition to technical skill, the ideal candidate must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, experience being accountable for a restaurant P&L, and the desire to learn and contribute.
