French Brasserie

We are seeking an experienced Chef Saucier to join our kitchen team at a traditional French brasserie. This role is essential to maintaining the quality and authenticity of our cuisine, with a strong focus on classic French sauces and soups.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute classic French mother sauces and their derivatives
• Produce and maintain stocks, reductions, and braised preparations
• Prepare traditional French onion soup to consistent standards
• Execute sauces during service with precision and efficiency
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked station
• Ensure food quality, consistency, and proper seasoning
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Requirements

• Solid knowledge of basic French sauces and classical techniques
