Job Description
Clean Sweep is looking to add 1 full-time professional (will train) to our team for 32 to 40 hours per week! We clean common areas for condo associations and apartment buildings in Johnson County. This is a very physical job. Starting pay is $22/hr, and Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. It is all-season work, and interior work out of the elements except for driving between buildings. Job duties include wearing a backpack vacuum, and vacuuming, mopping, dusting common hallways, stairwells, elevators, laundry rooms, lobbies, entry doors, etc. Must have a clean driving record, clean background check, and transportation to and from our shop in Tiffin. All cleaning will be done in company vehicles as a team. If you have a background in other physical jobs like construction, maintenance, janitorial, restaurant kitchens, moving services, lawn care, etc, then Clean Sweep may be a perfect fit. We are entrusted with being in homeowners' hallways that they live in, and will only hire trustworthy and honest applicants. We are looking for only 1 new team member. Must have attention to details. If you are super reliable, and hard working we are looking for you! Team lead positions available in the future and pay up to $30/hr to detail oriented people with positive attitudes.
