✍ Role Overview:
The Client Relationship Manager serves as the primary bridge between prospective clients and Floowi's recruitment operations, combining consultative sales with hands-on account management across the full client lifecycle. In this role, you will lead discovery calls to assess client hiring needs and communicate Floowi's value proposition, then transition into a dedicated account manager once a placement is made. You will maintain ongoing client relationships, support process continuity throughout active recruiting engagements, and proactively identify opportunities to expand the partnership. This position is ideal for a relationship-driven professional who thrives in a fast-moving, client-facing environment and understands the nuances of talent acquisition.
Location: 100% Remote (LATAM only)
Language Requirements: Advanced English (C1+)
