Job Title: Client Success Manager - Digital Marketing

Reports To: Director of Client Success & Strategy

In this dynamic and exciting role, you'll have the unique opportunity to serve as both an account manager and project manager for a diverse range of small to mid-sized accounts. You'll work closely with customers and internal teams, playing a pivotal role in driving success for your clients and collaborating with your team. This position offers the perfect blend of client interaction and strategic planning, making each day both challenging and rewarding as you help shape the future of our clients' businesses.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Client Communication & Relationship Building:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs, goals, and pain points.
  • Build strong relationships through regular meetings, Basecamp messages, emails, and calls.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring they feel supported.

2) Client Meetings:

  • Schedule and conduct regular meetings to review performance metrics, discuss ongoing projects, and gather feedback.
  • Communicate project progress and service updates, ensuring clients understand how our services align with their business objectives.

3) Client Retention & Growth:

  • Demonstrate the continuous value of our services to retain clients.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling relevant services to drive client expansion

4) Project Management & Internal Collaboration:

  • Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed.
  • Share client feedback with the team and determine a course of action.
  • Work closely with the Director of Client Success & Strategy to ensure strategic roadmaps meet client needs.
  • Assign Basecamp tasks, set deadlines, and send reminders to ensure responsibilities are completed on time and meet Gemini's high standards.
  • Ensure productive post-meeting wrap-ups, with clear to-dos and deadlines.

SKILL REQUIRED

  • Digital Marketing Knowledge and Experience: Understanding of the various components of digital marketing and how they can be leveraged to reach marketing goals and business objectives.
  • Excellent Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, including task delegation, deadline management, and ensuring project completion.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure high-quality service and accurate reporting.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing client needs and industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and contribute to a positive work environment.
