Adecco Staffing is working with a manufacturing company in Nashua, NH to bring on CNC Machine Operators. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with growth potential across multiple shifts.
Position:
Pay:- 1st Shift - Starting at $18.00/hour
- 2nd Shift - $20.40/hour (includes $2.40 shift differential)
- 3rd Shift - $20.40/hours (includes $2.40 shift differential)
Shift Schedule:- 1st Shift - 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift - 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
- 3rd Shift:- 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
Job Overview:We're looking for a dependable CNC Operator to join a leading manufacturing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to production standards. This is a great opportunity for someone with a solid foundation in CNC machining who's ready to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:- Operate CNC mills or lathes according to setup instructions and specifications
- Load and unload raw materials and finished parts
- Monitor machine operations and inspect parts during production to ensure quality
- Perform basic in-process inspections using precision measurement tools
- Identify and communicate any irregularities or equipment issues to supervisors
- Keep accurate records of completed work and report any deviations from production standards
- Maintain a clean and safe work area in accordance with OSHA and company safety policies
Requirements:- 1+ year of experience operating CNC machines in a manufacturing environment
- Basic understanding of blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with precision measuring instruments (e.g., calipers, micrometers, gauges)
- Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
- Comfortable lifting up to 40 lbs and standing for long periods
- Good mechanical aptitude and strong attention to detail
Preferred Experience:- Exposure to both CNC milling and turning operations
- Experience working with various materials including aluminum and stainless steel
- Familiarity with shop math and basic G-code knowledge
- Proven ability to meet production and quality goals
