Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Cocktail Server with a passion for hospitality and an eye for detail to join our team. This role is central to creating a polished and memorable guest experience, ensuring that each cocktail and beverage is served with precision and grace. Fine dining or luxury hospitality experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: $16 / hour plus tips

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, professional cocktail service in the lounge, bar, and dining areas.
• Present and describe specialty cocktails, wines, and spirits with confidence.
• Anticipate guest needs, personalize service, and deliver a seamless luxury experience.
• Accurately process orders, handle payments, and ensure compliance with Nevada liquor laws.
• Work closely with bartenders, servers, and managers to maintain smooth operations.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards at all times.

Qualifications

• Prior cocktail serving experience required; fine dining or upscale hospitality strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and mixology basics.
• Professional appearance, polished communication, and guest-first attitude.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Open availability, including evenings, weekends, and some holidays.
