*Job Title*: Commercial HVAC Service Technician *Location*: Winchester, VA *Job Overview*: Service, maintain, and repair commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, heating systems, and temperature control systems. *Key Responsibilities*: * Follow safety protocols and company processes. * Service and repair various HVAC systems, including: * Air- and water-cooled chillers (up to 100 tons) * Hot-water heating systems and cooling systems * Digital and pneumatic temperature control systems * Air-handling equipment and duct systems * Water-source heat pumps, self-contained units, and VAV systems * Basic maintenance on gas-fired boilers and chilled-water systems *Requirements*: * In-depth knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, electrical systems, and low-voltage controls. * Ability to travel and occasionally stay overnight. * Valid drivers license and ability to meet company driving qualifications. * Must have at least five years of commercial HVAC experience. * High school diploma or GED, Universal Refrigerant Card, and Gas Fitters Card required. *Benefits*: * Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits (medical, dental, vision, life insurance, etc.) * 401(k), disability insurance, and annual bonus. * Paid time off, holidays, and sick leave. * Company vehicle, mobile phone, and uniforms (where applicable). * Apprenticeship, growth opportunities, and scholarship program. *Pay Range:* $28.00-$40.00 per hour (DOE) Equal Opportunity Employer.
