You’ll work independently in the field with the support of a responsive and experienced office and service team. *What You’ll Be Doing:* * Perform *preventive maintenance* on HVAC and refrigeration equipment (RTUs, split systems, refrigeration units, etc.) * Inspect systems and *identify potential issues* before they become breakdowns * Complete detailed service reports and maintenance logs via tablet or mobile device * Communicate findings and recommendations to customers in a *clear, professional* manner * Maintain a *clean and organized company vehicle* * Follow all *safety protocols* and industry standards *What You Bring to the Table:* * Minimum *2 years of commercial HVAC/R maintenance experience* * Strong understanding of HVAC/R systems and components * Ability to *diagnose and communicate* issues effectively * *EPA certification* required * Valid driver’s license and *clean driving record* * Self-motivated with strong *time management* skills *Bonus Points If You Have:* * Experience with refrigeration systems (walk-ins, reach-ins, etc.) * Experience using field service software (for reports and work orders) * A desire to grow into a lead or supervisory role Ready to Apply?
