Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the job duties of construction,  ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and safely.
  • Assign tasks to crew and subcontractors based on the project requirements. 
  • Ensure that all safety protocols are followed. Ensure that the crew wears appropriate safety gear at all times.
  • Identify and resolve issues as they arise.

 

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Must have 3 years of experience in grading, forming, and finishing concrete.
  • Must have 3 years of experience with a mini excavator and a skid steer.
  • Must have a valid and clean driving record.
  • Must have a clean background.
  • Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and random drug tests.
  • Must have excellent communication skills to relay information.
  • Must have the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy materials, standing long periods, and working in the heat and or cold.
  • Must be able to work well with others and manage time wisely.
  • Must be able to travel the state of South Carolina (Eastern), as in the Florence, Conway, Georgetown, and Myrtle Beach area.
  • Must be able to stay overnight when the job requires.
