We are currently looking for a Project Manager to join our expanding construction team. This position is based in Lynchburg, VA, and will support the construction of a multi-phase apartment community. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with at least 5 years of experience in managing fast-paced multi-family or commercial construction projects. Experience working with Virginia Housing is preferred.----The Project Manager (PM) will be responsible for providing overall direction, oversight, and coordination of construction activities to deliver high-quality housing safely, on time, and within budget. The successful candidate must be skilled in providing timely, complete, and accurate reports.
