Job Description
Position Summary
Needing Commercial Construction Superintendent. Projects ranging from 5-20M
Responsible for overseeing all on-site construction activities for commercial projects, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role serves as the primary field leader coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and project teams.
Key Responsibilities
Project Execution & Field Management
Manage day-to-day on-site operations for commercial construction projects
Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, trades, and field personnel
Ensure work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, and codes
Maintain project schedule and sequence activities to meet deadlines
Conduct daily site walks to monitor progress and quality
Scheduling & Planning
Develop and manage short-term and long-term construction schedules
Coordinate inspections, deliveries, and subcontractor timelines
Identify potential delays and implement corrective actions
Quality Control
Enforce quality standards and ensure workmanship meets project requirements
Review drawings, submittals, and specifications for accuracy
Conduct punch lists and ensure timely completion of deficiencies
