Pendo; Analytics tools & langs. such as Looker, SQL, Python, SAS, & R; Office suite incl. MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, OneNote, & Visio; Presenting to sr. leadership team; & Wireframing & creating low-fidelity mock-ups using Balsamiq, Miro.
