Coles Music Service is seeking a skilled and motivated Woodwind & Brass Instrument Repair Technician to join our growing team. Located in Southern New Jersey, just outside of Philadelphia, we proudly serve a vibrant community shaped by strong arts, education, and musical culture. We are also a short drive from the Jersey Shore and just a few hours from New York City and Washington, DC.

Since 2012, Coles Music Service has been a full-service band and orchestra shop supporting schools, educators, students, and professional musicians throughout South Jersey and the greater Philadelphia region. Our repair department is a cornerstone of our business, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, consistency, and customer service.

Responsibilities Include:

• Repair, maintenance, and adjustment of woodwind and brass instruments
• Evaluating repair needs and providing accurate time and cost estimates
• Maintaining a clean and organized repair workspace
• Communicating repair needs clearly with customers and staff
• Preparing instruments for rentals, returns, and school deliveries

Qualifications:

• Formal repair training from a certified repair school or equivalent hands-on experience required
• Experience working with both student and professional-level instruments
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and strong commitment to customer service
