Dental Assistant (DA) - Arcadia, CA - Part-Time - 3 Days/week

Our private dental practice in Arcadia is looking for a friendly, reliable, and motivated Part-Time Dental Assistant . This is a great opportunity for an entry-level candidates and recent Dental Assistant graduates .

Schedule

• Part-Time
• Monday-Wednesday: 7:45 AM-5:00 PM

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive pay - $20-$25 per hour, based on experience
• PTO

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Prepare patients for treatments or exams and ensure their comfort
• Set up instruments, materials, and equipment for procedures
• Assist chairside during dental treatments; support the hygiene team
• Take digital X-rays using Dexis; perform intraoral scans for digital impressions
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling using Dentrix
• Support front office operations as needed - Answer phones, schedule appointments, and other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• California X-Ray Certification
• Completion of an accredited dental assistant program preferred, not required
• Experience with Dentrix, Dexis, or intraoral scanners is a plus
• Knowledge of dental terminology, anatomy, infection control, and charting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
