BOARD-CERTIFIED / BOARD-ELIGIBLE DERMATOLOGIST
Kailua, Oahu, Hawaii
Hawaiian Islands Dermatology is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist to join our growing physician-led dermatology practice in beautiful Kailua on the Windward side of Oahu.
We are looking for a motivated dermatologist interested in medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology who values autonomy, quality patient care, and the opportunity to help shape the future of a growing practice.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
* Independent Contractor Position (1099) * Part-Time with Pathway to Full-Time * Flexible Schedule (1-4 days per week initially) * Established Patient Base * Medical, Cosmetic, and Surgical Dermatology * Modern Office with Advanced Cosmetic and Laser Technology * Opportunity to Build Your Own Specialty Interests and Cosmetic Practice * No Hospital Call
COMPENSATION
* Guaranteed Base Compensation adjusted proportionately to days worked * 40% of Collected Revenue * Compensation structure designed to provide income security while rewarding productivity * Opportunity for significant earnings growth as schedule expands * Potential future leadership, equity, or partnership opportunities for the right candidate
IDEAL CANDIDATE
* Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Dermatologist * Strong interest in general medical dermatology * Cosmetic dermatology experience welcomed but not required * Surgical dermatology experience welcomed * Excellent bedside manner and commitment to patient-centered care * Desire to practice in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment
