Summary and Responsibilities

This position is onsite, requires travel to off‑campus clinics, and a personal vehicle for transportation. The role includes an on‑call rotation and the employee must live within 30 minutes of a Samaritan location.

Responsible for the installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of Samaritan Health Services workstations, laptops, printers, peripheral equipment, and software. Provides customer service in business, clinical, and hospital settings.

Department Description

Information Services is committed to providing leadership, support, and coordination of technology at Samaritan Health Services. The IS Infrastructure department provides a robust, agile, and secure IT infrastructure that supports Samaritan business objectives, including data network, voice, Windows and Linux servers, data center, centralized endpoint management, enterprise operations, and automation.

Experience, Education, and Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience with Microsoft OS (Windows 11) preferred.
  • Industry‑recognized, current, and relevant certification preferred.
  • Experience in a healthcare environment preferred.
