About the Company:

This is a full-time role for a partner agency in the self-storage industry, specializing in technology-driven storage solutions. They are dedicated to revolutionizing the construction process. As a nationwide developer and general contractor, they focus on simplifying every stage—delivering each project with consistency, quality, and precision.

Location:LatAm - Fully Remote

Your Mission: Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Drive entitlements and permitting end-to-end until projects reach fully permitted status
  • Build and manage development schedules and permitting roadmaps
  • Coordinate submittals, comment cycles, meetings, resubmittals, and approvals
  • Track permit status, dependencies, and escalate blockers early
  • Serve as day-to-day development lead for Owners and stakeholders
  • Maintain action logs, document decisions, and enforce deadlines
  • Lead or support OAC meetings with clear agendas and follow-ups
  • Coordinate Owner-held consultants (civil, architectural, MEP, survey, geotech, environmental, landscape, etc.)
  • Align scope, logistics, constructability constraints, and sequencing assumptions with Estimating and Operations
  • Identify and close scope gaps before bid
  • Deliver a complete, organized, documented, fully permitted package ready for pricing

Your Toolbox: Skills to be Successful

  • 5+ years in development coordination, entitlements/permitting, owner’s rep, or commercial land development
  • Demonstrated success managing AHJs and multi-party consultant timelines
  • Ability to juggle 6–10 concurrent projects without losing clarity
  • Strong written communication and meeting leadership skills
  • Detail-oriented with disciplined documentation habits
  • Risk-focused mindset—identify early, escalate fast, resolve thoroughly
  • Collaborative operator who works seamlessly across Sales, Estimating, and Operations
