What You’ll Be Doing

This is a hands-on leadership role where strategy meets execution.

️ Strategic Community Growth

  • Lead and support the pursuit of large, complex communities
  • Drive RFP strategy, proposal development, and board presentations
  • Focus on high-value opportunities including:
    • Onsite management communities
    • Master-planned communities
    • Communities with food & beverage operations
  • Partner with leadership to win and onboard major accounts

Build New Divisions from the Ground Up

  • Lead development and launch of new service lines
  • Design workflows, processes, and scalable infrastructure
  • Evaluate systems, tools, and operational models
  • Turn strategic ideas into fully operational, revenue-generating divisions

⚙️ Technology & Systems Leadership

  • Become the go-to expert on our internal systems and tools
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and automate processes
  • Improve data accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency
  • Lead the creation and enforcement of SOPs that drive consistency and scale

 

Growth, Branding & Industry Presence

  • Represent Alliant at industry events, trade shows, and key meetings
  • Help position the company as a technology-forward leader
  • Contribute to sales strategy, presentations, and growth initiatives

Leadership & Ownership

  • Take ownership of high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
  • Influence teams across departments to drive results

What We’re Looking For (Director Level)

This role is for someone ready to lead, build, and scale — not just support.

 

Experience & Background

  • 5–10+ years of experience in business development, operations, strategy, or growth-focused roles
  • Experience working with complex clients, large accounts, or multi-stakeholder environments
  • Background in property management, real estate, hospitality, or service-based industries is a plus
  • Proven ability to drive initiatives from concept to execution

Strategic & Leadership Skills

  • Ability to think at a high strategic level while executing day-to-day
  • Experience leading or influencing cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable owning high-visibility projects and outcomes
  • Strong decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment

⚙️ Technology & Process Mindset

  • Strong understanding of systems, workflows, and process improvement
