The Document Management Processor ensures swift and accurate processing of department faxes, e-mails, express mail, delivery requirements, checks for initial premium, new applications, and other mail items as assigned to APD. This role will utilize multiple systems for research to accurately identify, classify and electronically route mail to the proper location, i.e. the proper team or department. The ideal candidate is adaptable to new and changing situations and is proficient in working with multiple processing functions and strict service level agreements (SLA). Responsibilities * Required to work rotating Saturday shifts * Execute transactions electronically for multiple processing functions: APD Operations, US Warranty, Revelos, and AUL. * Utilize the following systems daily: Application Extender (AX), Policy Tracker One (PTO), Captiva, Kofax, MAX, and Warranty Admin. Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities: * Strong computer proficiency, including accurate typing (35-50 WPM) and basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word. * Experience working with electronically received documents, attachments, and administrative processing systems (preferred). * 1-2 years of office experience with customer interaction, demonstrating clear written and verbal communication skills. * High attention to detail, strong analytical and problemsolving abilities, and the capacity to learn new processes and adapt to evolving technology. * Ability to multitask, manage changing priorities under pressure, maintain professionalism in stressful conditions, and meet a 30pound lifting requirement. Protective's targeted salary range for this position is $41,600 to $41,600. Actual salaries may vary depending on factors, including but not limited to, job location, skills, and experience. The range listed is just one component of Protective's total compensation package for employees.
