Job Description
RESUMEN DEL PUESTO Trabajo que consiste en realizar labores de despacho, mantenimiento, organización de la mercancía e inventario recibido en el Almacén y entrega de la mercancía a las tiendas y otros, siguiendo las políticas y procedimientos de la organización. RESPONSABILIDADES ESENCIALES
1. Verifica toda mercancía que se le despache y es responsable de la misma hasta llegar a su destino final.
2. Firma la hoja de entrega y toma la firma de la persona que recibe la mercancía y asegura que la persona que recibe la mercancía acepte la transferencia al solicitar la hoja de recibo.
3. Notifica al Supervisor cualquier diferencia que encuentre al momento de verificar la mercancía despachada por el “checker” del almacén.
4. Asiste en la descarga de los furgones de la mercancía, cuando le sea requerido.
5. Entrega y asiste en la descarga de la mercancía en las tiendas asignadas.
6. Asiste en la realización de inventario del Almacén y mantiene organizado.
7. Responsable de mantener las áreas limpias del almacén y sus alrededores.
8. Verifica toda la mercancía que será despachada.
9. Organiza y almacena la mercancía recibida en el almacén.
10. Mantiene un entorno de trabajo despejado y seguro para optimizar el uso del espacio.
1. Prepara y completa los pedidos para la entrega o recogido de mercancía.
12. Identifica mercancía dañada, perdida o fuera de lugar y notifica al Supervisor inmediatamente.
