*What You’ll Do*
* Diagnose, repair, and service *residential HVAC systems* (furnaces, heat pumps, A/Cs, ductless, etc.)
* Communicate clearly and confidently with homeowners about recommended solutions
* Perform precision maintenance and safety inspections
* Document work using *ServiceTitan* or similar software
* Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and uphold high professional standards

* *EPA Universal Certification* (required)
* *Oregon Limited Energy License* or ability to obtain
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
