Job Description
At PSI Repair Services, we solve complex, real-world electronics problems that don’t fit neatly into textbooks or product manuals. Our engineering team designs and builds hands-on test and automation systems that support the repair, remanufacture, and life-extension of industrial electronic equipment.
We are seeking an Electrical Engineer – Test Automation & Sustaining Systems who enjoys working at the intersection of hardware, test, and problem-solving. This role offers end-to-end ownership of test fixtures and automation—from concept and schematic design through wiring, programming, and validation—working closely with technicians and other engineers.
This is a bench-centric, hands-on engineering role, not a desk-only or documentation-heavy position. Engineers in this role spend time designing, building, troubleshooting, and improving systems that are used every day in production.
