Hospital-employed nocturnist APP position outside Missoula, MT. 7 on / 7 off nights with no call, covering both inpatient hospitalist care and ER cases.

• 7 nights on, 7 nights off, 12-hour shifts
• No call
  
• Combined hospitalist and ER night coverage
• 16-bed critical access hospital
• Low inpatient census, about 4 patients on average
• About 300 ER visits per month

• Two day hospitalists cover 7 on / 7 off days
• Strong support from CRNAs, respiratory therapy, surgeons, telemedicine, and air ambulance transfer support
• On-site CT, MRI, lab, rehab, and full-service ER
• Rural Montana setting with access to Missoula for city amenities

• Base salary $150K to $180K depending on experience
