Job DescriptionSummary:

• The technology associate plays a critical role in ensuring smooth operation of essential IT Functions. This role demands strong problem-solving skills for technical issues, adeptness in setting up and configuring systems, and proficiency in account and network management. The associate must be capable of effectively communicating solutions to team members and handling equipment setup and cabling tasks, ensuring reliable connectivity and system performance.

Responsibilities:

• System Setup and Configuration: Installing, configuring, and updating necessary applications for user deployment.
• Account Management: Manage permissions and access controls; create user accounts within Active Directory.
• Network Management: Map network drives for file access and storage, connecting/configuring printers, and other peripherals for network access.
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot computer, network, and software issues. Perform diagnostics, upgrades, repairs, and maintenance of computer systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Document and Process Improvement: Document Solutions and maintain service request logs.
• Customer Service: Build positive relationships with users and maintain professional conduct.

Must Haves:

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and MS Office suite.
• Knowledge of computer hardware and software systems.
• Excellent communication and customer service orientation.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with organizational skills.

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT Support or related field.
• Certificate in IT support or an associate degree in related field.

Physical Demands:

• Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
• Move and Install IT Equipment as needed.
• Run and Manage Ethernet cabling to ensure stable network connectivity.
