The Expeditor acts as the communication bridge between the kitchen and service team. You will control the pass, coordinate ticket times, maintain accuracy, and ensure food is presented correctly and sent out efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly with servers and bartenders

Qualifications

• Previous expeditor or strong line cook experience required
• Experience in high-volume, full-service restaurants preferred
• Strong communication skills and leadership presence
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure

• Weekend and holiday availability required
