JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking an Expo to join the team at our sister restaurant, Fancypants!
Expo acts as the central point of communication between the kitchen and front-of-house. This role calls for a quick-thinking professional who excels in a refined, high-pressure dining environment. Responsibilities include managing ticket flow, confirming modifications and allergens, organizing the pass, communicating clearly with chefs and servers, and upholding a seamless pace of service with accuracy and grace.
$7.25–$12/hour depending on experience + tipout
Total average compensation: $21–$25/hour
