— What We're Looking For —• Current Texas Wireman License (required)• Minimum 2 years of residential service experience, including service calls• ServiceTitan proficiency (required)• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate clearly with homeowners• Comfortable meeting sales goals and KPIs with a customer-first approach• Valid driver's license and clean driving record• Must pass background check and drug screening
