Job Description
Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Location: Longmont, CO (On-Site | Occasional Boulder Support)
Schedule: Monday–Thursday 8AM–5PM | Friday 8AM–2PM
Salary: $125,000–$150,000 annually, based on experience, clinical expertise, and background in preventive or functional medicine
