Job DescriptionJob Description
  • US Citizen-Background Check/Drug Test/Full Time-$125,000.00-$130,000.00 per year.
  • On-Site Project/Construction Management:
     Full responsibility for project(s) success.
     Manage construction projects from the field office as the Superintendent & CQM (Construction
    Quality Management) certified.
     Supervise all other employees on-site including self-perform crews, subcontractors, consultants,
    etc.
     Manage the Construction buy-out process when necessary in conjunction with the Project Man-
    agement Team.
     Manage the overall schedules and submittals. Manage the subcontractors, vendors, suppliers,
    and other project participants to ensure successful project.
     Manage the client expectations, client relationships, and ensure the client is satisfied so repeat
    business can be generated.
     Participate in all project weekly, bi-weekly or monthly project meetings as required by the client.
     Use problem solving skills to keep the project on track to successful completion
     Coordinate and supervise all construction activities.
     Direct all field personnel to achieve completion of the project on schedule, within budget, with
    quality workmanship that conforms to original plans and specifications.
     Maintain construction schedules, identify and solve problems.
     Orders materials and schedules inspections as necessary throughout the process. Understands
    the contract, project plans, specifications and the company systems.
     Maintain positive relationships with customers, contractors, suppliers and other employees.
     Prepare schedule and supervise completion of a final punch list.
     Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices and rectifies job site hazards immedi-
    ately.
     Ensure all company employees and contractors are adhering to the company safety policy. Main-
    tains an organized job site, including the construction office.
     Meet weekly with subcontractors to ensure satisfactory job progress
