Job DescriptionThis is a hybrid position where time will be split between the office and travel to customer sites. Primary travel is domestic, but global travel is to be expected. In the office, FST responsibilities consist of responding to technical support emails and phone calls from customers. In the field, responsibilities consist of commissioning, training customers, troubleshooting, and maintaining mechanical and rotating equipment at customer locations. When not traveling, office time may include refurbishing compressors/parts, evaluating compressors, performance testing of compressors, preparing spare parts for field service shipments, and other assembly duties as assigned.
