Vibranium Athletics is hiring a part-time trainer to coach sessions, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the growth of the business.

 

We’re looking for someone who can lead with confidence, deliver a high-level coaching experience, and take ownership of both client results and personal growth as a coach.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Coach small group and/or large group training sessions
  • Deliver safe, effective, and engaging workouts
  • Build strong relationships with clients and support retention
  • Help clients stay accountable and get results
  • Communicate professionally with members and team
  • Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to lead
  • Maintain a clean, organized, professional training environment
  • Contribute to business growth through sales, client management, and overall coaching quality

 

 

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Personal training and/or group coaching experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead sessions with energy and professionalism
  • Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated
  • Strong work ethic and a growth mindset
  • Comfortable talking to people, building trust, and helping convert leads into clients
  • Certification preferred, but experience and coaching ability matter most
