Position Overview

The Fleet & Equipment Coordinator supports fleet, equipment, and inventory operations to ensure vehicles, equipment, and materials are properly tracked, maintained, and ready to support active jobsites nationwide. This role works closely with yard teams, field operations, and leadership to keep equipment organized, documented, and available when crews need it.

What You'll Do

  • Track company vehicles, equipment, and materials in fleet and inventory systems
  • Coordinate equipment inspections, maintenance, and repairs
  • Assist with equipment logistics and deliveries to jobsites nationwide
  • Support inventory tracking and conduct equipment audits
  • Coordinate crane approvals, equipment usage, and trash removal scheduling
  • Process equipment orders, installations, and system updates
  • Support time approvals and administrative tasks for yard teams
  • Work closely with POD teams, field operations, and vendors to support job readiness

What We're Looking For

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2–4 years of experience in fleet, equipment, logistics, or construction operations support preferred
  • Strong organization and attention to detail
  • Comfortable with data entry, spreadsheets, and tracking systems
  • Ability to coordinate with field and office teams
  • Self-starter who can manage multiple tasks and priorities
