Little Water is looking for a Food Runner to join our team! 

This is a full time position, paid hourly + tips and candidates must be willing to work 40+ hours, 5 days a week. Candidates must be available to work Tuesday - Saturday.

Located in Rittenhouse Square, Little Water is the latest restaurant of husband-and-wife team
(James Beard-nominated) Chef Randy Rucker and Amanda Rucker. Inspired by the Ruckers'
experiences living along the Gulf Coast, New England, and Mid-Atlantic regions, Little Water is a
contemporary coastal restaurant that celebrates the ecological diversity of life by the sea.

Responsibilities

• Runs food throughout service 
• Organizes plate ware and stocks it in the appropriate areas
• Polishes glassware
• Maintains complete knowledge of table and seat numbers
• Maintains a complete knowledge of the menu and components of all dishes 

Requirements

• Restaurant experience preferred 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail 
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team 

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to work on your feet for at least 8 hours 
• Must be able to move, pull or lift at least 25 pounds
• Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting
