Overview

Springs Tavern & Grill is seeking experienced, energetic, and hospitality-driven Bartenders and Servers to join our team. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about guest service and capable of delivering a high-level dining and bar experience.

The ideal candidate is confident, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
  • Mix ingredients to create classic and signature cocktails
  • Verify guest identification and ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
  • Maintain and restock bar inventory, supplies, and garnishes
  • Deliver attentive, guest-focused service to ensure an exceptional experience
  • Follow all food safety and beverage regulations
  • Prepare and batch cocktails as needed for service efficiency
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Bartender and/or Server
  • Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation, garnishing, and presentation
  • Familiarity with TOAST POS system is a plus, but not required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
  • Ability to stay organized, clean, and efficient under pressure
  • Food Handler’s Certification is a plus, but not required
