We are seeking a responsible and energetic babysitter to provide full-day care for our two children, a 6-year-old boy and a 2-year-old girl, in Lakeland, FL. Our family will be traveling to Plant City for an event, and both parents will be working during this time. Your duties will include driving, feeding, bathing, and putting the children to bed. The older child, Lucas, will need assistance with his homework and to be walked to school, which runs from 1-4pm with a break until 4:30-6:30pm. Our schedule requires care 5 days on, with one day off, and availability to perform duties is expected from 10am until 10pm. We have two friendly and well-trained Australian Shepherds named Calypso and River, who will need to be walked every 3-4 hours. Please be comfortable around dogs, as they are part of our family. We seek a candidate who is safety-conscious, trustworthy, and has a genuine love for children and pets. Prior babysitting experience is a plus.
