Crossroads Child Learning Center (CCLC) is accepting applications for a Full-Time Lead Teacher and/or Group Supervisor Position. Two years documented experience working with non-related children (child care, babysitting, or volunteering) and all state-mandated clearances are required. Must have an Associate's Degree or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education, or a related field with additional ECE credits, preferred for head teachers but not required. The position requires the supervision of children, lesson planning and implementation, and completion of observations and assessments. Group Supervisors also have additional responsibilities such as organization, clerical work, etc. This position also entails supervising staff when the Directors are not present at the Center. *CCLC is an EOE* Job Type: Full-time Pay: $12.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Paid time off * Professional development assistance Ability to Commute: * Jersey Shore, PA 17740 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Jersey Shore, PA 17740: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person by Jobble
