*Position Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Assisted Living Facility Manager to oversee the daily operations of our 10 Bed facility. This facility has residents with behavioral complexities. The ideal candidate will ensure high-quality care for residents, maintain compliance with regulations, and foster a supportive and engaging environment for both residents and staff. *Responsabilities* * Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth functioning of the facility. * Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance resident care and safety. * Ensure residents receive personalized care and support tailored to their individual needs. * Foster a community atmosphere that encourages social interaction and engagement among residents. * Address resident concerns and feedback in a timely and empathetic manner. * Recruit, train, and supervise staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing professional development opportunities. * Schedule staff and ensure adequate coverage for all shifts. * Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities. * Regularly assess and improve the quality of care and services provided. * Prepare for and participate in inspections and audits. * Build relationships with families and the local community to enhance resident experience and support services. * Organize and promote resident activities * Develop and implement emergency plans to ensure resident safety and well-being during crises. * Train staff in emergency procedures and conduct regular drills. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,500.00 per month Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person by Jobble
