Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Examine teeth, gums, and other oral structures to identify issues such as cavities, decay, or diseases.
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Perform dental procedures including fillings, extractions, root canals, crowns, and cosmetic treatments.
• Administer anesthetics to minimize patient discomfort during procedures.
• Interpret dental X-rays and diagnostic tests.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive dental care, and post-treatment maintenance.
• Maintain accurate records of patient treatments and dental histories.
• Supervise dental hygienists, assistants, and other support staff.
• Ensure compliance with infection control, health, and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Valid state dental license and board certification (as required).
• Proven clinical experience as a practicing dentist.
• Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

compensation

• 800/day up to 4 months
• 30% Production
• 2 weeks PTO after 1 year
• $2000 CE credits after 1 year
• Malpractice up to $500
• License renewal
