Job Description

We are seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator to become a part of our team! GPS and NON GPS both encouraged to apply! We work from Hillsborough down to Charlotte County If you have the below skill come on in and apply today!

Maneuver heavy machinery to dig, load, lift, dump, and transport materials (soil, debris, concrete)

Grade, level, and prepare sites for road construction, building foundations, and utility installation

 Perform daily inspections, routine maintenance (fueling, cleaning, checking fluids), and minor repairs, ensuring safety compliance

Operate multiple types of machinery, such as backhoes, skid steers, or loaders, as needed, and perform manual labor tasks. 

Follow strict safety guidelines, use hand/radio signals to coordinate with crew members, and report defects
