We are seeking a detail-oriented, community-minded Home Inspector to join our growing team. This role blends technical inspection work, customer service, and sales-focused follow-up to help homeowners, buyers, and real estate professionals make informed decisions about residential properties. What to Expect:

• Field-Based Work: Majority of work performed on-site at residential properties across the Chattanooga area.

Who You Are:

• Technically Skilled: Hands-on construction experience and familiarity with residential HVAC and electrical systems.
• Certified or Licensed: Hold (or be actively pursuing) a Home Inspector certification/license as required by state or national standards.
