Location: New York City (One Fifth)
Status: Full-time - Hourly + TIPs
(as a host team member you will be in the entire tip pool for the whole restaurant)
Reports to: General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Floor Manager and Beverage Director
Position SummaryThe Host is the first and last impression of Golden Steer NYC, embodying hospitality and ensuring every guest feels welcomed from the moment they arrive until the moment they leave. You’ll manage reservations, greet guests with warmth, and maintain the flow of the dining room with professionalism and poise. As the gatekeeper of the Golden Steer experience, you will balance precision, charm, and urgency to deliver the timeless service we are known for.
MUST have NYC HOST Experience to be considered for this role
Hourly rate plus benefits and opportunities for growth in a chef-driven, classic steakhouse culture. Final compensation commensurate with experience.
