Position Summary
The Guest Relations Department is the guest’s first impression of our restaurants. They are welcoming and engaging, and they have a basic knowledge of the flow of service, traffic patterns, table and position numbers, menus offered, and steps of service. They manage our reservation systems and any communication with guests before and after their dining experience.
