We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Coordinator and Nurse Triage Specialist for the Transplant Infectious Diseases Outpatient Parenteral Antimicrobial Therapy (TID OPAT) program. This role will support safe, coordinated, and high-quality outpatient antimicrobial care for complex immunocompromised patients.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the OPAT team to ensure seamless transitions of patient care, prioritize tasks effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary OPAT team to provide structured monitoring and documentation of therapeutic drug levels.

Requirements: Clinical Experience: A minimum of 12 months of clinical nursing experience is required. Prior experience working with immunocompromised patients is preferred.
